You should make the choice. Putting off making choice will make you unhappy for two years.

 The alcohol and good times will be there even after you graduate college; you'll even have money to spend on it! What you can't afford is all the time wasted partying too much, and not getting decent grades by putting a little bit more effort in to studying. You'll pay the bill for it later...

 Be good to your parents while you still have them. Enjoy your together time and stop pouting. Put the phone away and don't ignore them. That is one thing you will never regret.
